Dan is experienced with a number of home mortgage programs, including 100% financing, 80/20 loans, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financing, among others. He has worked extensively with Alt-A or Alternative-A mortgage programs specifically designed for self-employed borrowers, or for use for investment properties. He strongly recommends that borrowers purchasing investment properties use a Home Equity Line of Credit on their primary residence to help lower overall borrowing costs

Dan speaks fluent Spanish, and conversational French, and graduated from Clark University with a BA in Spanish and an MBA in Finance. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Sant Bani School in Sanbornton, New Hampshire, and on that Board’s Financial Aid Committee. Dan has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Finance for the University of New Haven.
